Where did you go to college and what did you major in?
Arizona Western. I received my associate’s degree with an emphasis in Criminal Justice.
How has your degree helped you in your professional life?
College taught me that change and learning never stop. Every person is unique, and every situation is different. Being an active listener and a great communicator is critical to building relationships and finding solutions to move forward. Answers are not always clear and sometimes you have to dig deeper to find them.
What is your favorite part of your job and what is the impact you make?
My favorite part of the job is becoming a true partner with my clients. Understanding their needs and creating strategies that meet their goals is very rewarding. I am honored to work with such incredible people.
Why are clients going to love working with you?
I have a client-first mentality, hoping to make every client I work with a client for life.
Favorite hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work I spend time with my husband and our four kids. I am an avid sports fans, and love to watch football and hockey.

Favorite movie, book, or podcast?
I LOVE movies so to pick one is extremely hard. As a natural problem solver, I love psychological thrillers and” whodunits”. You use critical thinking and the power of observation to uncover clues; the answers are usually in the smallest details.
Movies about great comebacks are a close second. They inspire me to work harder, never quit, and always go for the gold!
