Where did you go to college and what did you major in?
University of Nevada, Reno at Lake Tahoe. I received a BA in Journalism & Communications, with a minor in Digital Marketing.
How has your degree helped you in your professional life?
College provided me the opportunity to build professional relationships and taught me that networking is essential to being successful in your career. College pushed me to challenge myself, stay consistent, and always connected – which I’ve taken with me into my professional life.
What is your favorite part of your job and the impact you make?
My favorite part of my job is building relationships and trust with clients and assisting them in achieving their goals. There’s nothing better than working with a client and reporting their marketing successes, and seeing them have that “Aha, this really does work,” moment – its infectious.
Why are clients going to love working with you?
Clients appreciate working with me because I actively listen to their needs and address them thoroughly. I will always be in your corner, rooting for your success. I work to provide effective results while ensuring that clients fully understand their campaign goals. Establishing realistic expectations at the beginning lays the foundation for successful relationships and builds trust.
Favorite hobbies outside of work?
I enjoy exploring new places, whether they’re nearby or far away. I love spending time outside hiking and snowboarding, and most recently picked up running. Live music, concerts, and music festivals also bring me great joy. I love ending as many nights as possible with a good book.

Favorite movie, book, or podcast & why?
My favorite podcast is The Daily by the New York Times with Michael Barbaro. He breaks down current events, trends, modern history, and politics to be more digestible for listeners. The guests he hosts always provide valuable insight to the topic that’s being discussed; and I feel informed but not overwhelmed, because each episode is roughly only 20-30 minutes.
